Solder Cream Kits
This solder cream kit contains quality solder powder and solder cream flux packaged separately. The powder and flux, when mixed together as directed, create a high quality solder cream to be used for advanced surface mount PCB production.

- Disposable waxed paper work surface covers
- Protective gloves
Recommended Mixing Procedure:
1. Unroll waxed sheet and lay it flat in the center of work area.
2. Put on gloves
3. Remove plastic jar from carton, unscrew cap and remove liner.
Note: Scarp any flux adhering to liner back into the jar.
4. Cut corner of one foil pack with scissors leaving 1/2”~1” opening.
5. Add approximately 1/3 of the powder to the flux and stir using the mixing
tool provided.
Note: Mix thoroughly, especially down into the bottom edges of the jar.
6. Add the next 3rd of the powder, stirring mixture thoroughly.
7. Add remaining powder to the flux.
Note: Do not shake or tap foil package-let powder fall into jar.
Note: If any powder has spilled onto the waxed paper, set jar aside and
pour spilled powder into from the paper.
8. Stir mixture completely until solder cream is homogeneous.
9. Before using, write the date and your initials on the label provided and
apply label to jar.
